In Person Training and Coaching
In Person Training is awesome. This starts with us getting together for a 1 on 1 consultation, followed by scheduling regular times for us to get together to train your ass off! (Literally - in some cases 😉
The great thing about this is that you get the best of both worlds - by signing up for in person training, we'll work together to perfect your nutrition as well at no extra cost.
